This is the statue of Lange Wapper, a Flemish folkloric character. He’s located front of castle Het Steen in Antwerp. Per Wikipedia, Lange Wapper is known for using tricks to approach women to get their breast milk. He teases drunks, cheats whilst playing with children and laughs like the devil. He is also known to turn cabbage into children.
I captured this one handheld with an iPhone 6s plus. I used a number of exposures in an attempt to show more details of the castle behind Lange.
